Return Policy


We at For the Love of Gardens want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not we have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return or exchange of your item.

Upon delivery it is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all the pieces are accounted for before you sign for your order.  If the package is damaged in any way you have the right to refuse the delivery.  If you refuse delivery please notify us at once so we may replace your order promptly.

If any part of your item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damaged part and contact us.  We may be able to replace the damaged pieces.

If you any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 15 days from the date your order was shipped from our wharehouse.   All of our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects.  Due to the delicate nature of our products we cannot guarantee against breakage.  Please email us or call us to make arrangements for any returns.  Please do not return any item without speaking to us first.  We will provide you with the instructions on how and where to return the merchandise.  All products returned for other than shipping damages or product defects, must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.  All items must be new and in the original packaging and suitable for resale.  Once your return is received by our warehouse we will issue you a credit for the original purchase price, less any applicable restocking fees.  The credit will be issued using the same credit card information you used during your original purchase. For you protection we suggest you send your package via UPS or Fed Ex to be sure the item is not damaged or lost in transit.  With all returns please include your invoice, name, address and contact phone number.
If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will need to provide the original packing slip you received with the order.  You will receive a store credit as your refund.  You must follow the returns guidelines above.

All items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Shipping and return shipping fees are non refundable.


The merchandise must be in its original packaging, undamaged and in resaleable condition.  If you unpacked the item once you received it it is your responsibility to repack the item so it is not damaged when you return the item.


A return authorization number is needed before any returns can be accepted.  If a return is received without the proper authorization number a credit will not be issued.
